Shift Close                          

Follow instructions at the top of the screen. When multiple users are listed, that means several have made deposits. This example shows one person with deposits.

You can close one user or a group of users. It would depend on your accounting practices requiring you to have individual reports or a group report. Once a user or group of users is closed, their totals are reset to 0, they are removed from this list, and remain removed until the users next deposit a transaction.

Selecting 4 (single user) or 5 (group of selected users) creates a report. Print and/or save to a file.

NOTE: The actions of 4 & 5 are the same except that 4 is for one user while 5 is for multiple users.
